Using Vogtov
You may browse the website without an account. If you create a Vogtov account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected misuse to pim@vogtov.com.
Early account scope
The first account release provides a verified Vogtov identity. Points, followed worlds, revival signals, project funding, creator tools, and cross-app sign-in are future concepts unless the website explicitly states that a feature is live.
A displayed zero balance or placeholder statistic does not create points, credit, ownership, voting rights, shares, rewards, or a promise that a feature will launch. If points or funding features are introduced, Vogtov will publish the applicable rules before they are used.
Separate worlds
TUD, CHAC, Scitong, and other linked products remain separate services unless a page expressly says otherwise. A Vogtov account does not automatically create, merge, connect, or delete an account in another world. Those services may have separate terms, privacy notices, and support processes.
Acceptable use
You must not use Vogtov to break the law, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, automate abusive account creation, distribute malicious material, or infringe another person's rights. You must not sell, transfer, or share account access in a way that creates security or abuse risks.
Account suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time by following the account deletion instructions. Vogtov may restrict or close an account that materially breaches these terms, creates a security risk, or must be restricted by law. Where practical and lawful, Vogtov will explain the reason.
Content and intellectual property
The Vogtov name, design, website, software, text, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Links and descriptions of other worlds remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners. These terms let you use the service for its intended personal purpose, but do not transfer ownership of Vogtov materials to you.
Availability and changes
VOGTOV is an early-stage independent business. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Reasonable care will be used to protect accounts and communicate material changes, but maintenance, security work, provider outages, and technical failures can affect access.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Vogtov is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, external websites, or failures outside Vogtov's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Material changes will be explained on the website or through an appropriate account notice before they take effect where required. Continuing to use the account after an effective update means the updated terms apply, subject to rights that local law gives you.
